In accordance with the Law of Ukraine 3161-IV of December 01, 2005 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", underwear, including pajamas, nightgowns, combinations, bathrobes, bathing suits, is included in the list of goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged or returned, provided that they are not defective.
Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", in case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to demand
- proportional reduction of the price;
- free elimination of defects in the goods;
- reimbursement of expenses for elimination of defects in the goods.

The consumer's claims provided for in this Article shall not be subject to fulfillment if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that satisfies the consumer's claims established by part one of this Article) proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or their storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods in person or through his/her representative.
Refunds are made at the expense of the Recipient.
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 business days after the seller receives and checks the goods.
According to the Law "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
